We will be happy to have the paperwork done ahead of time. Then you can just come to the pet clinic, get in line, and it will all be done without spending much time there. Just make sure you bring the pets. Tell me the 3 days prior to the event.

2. Pet: name, breed, sex, age, size (small, med., large), color, dog/cat (cat-short, long, or medium hair?)
3. Spayed/neutered
