TCYS refunded over $17K in entry feeds to all exhibitors in December, those checks were mailed before Christmas. In addition, TCYS is splitting up $33K to the winners of the virtual shows (1-10th, blue ribbon, or a grand/reserve) AND providing an opportunity for these exhibitors to receive add-ons from their friends, family, and supporters with a tax deductible donation through TCYS. This is optional and up to the exhibitors to solicit additional donations. 

- 2021 Add-ons must be submitted and paid for online by Sunday, April 11th. 

- Exhibitor checks will be consolidated and available in May to distribute to exhibitors.  

- We ask that the exhibitors still send thank you notes to their buyers. Those lists will be provided with checks. 

Please also note that there is no cap on the number of times an exhibitor could have received money and we are awarding those that finished their projects out, even with this year of adversity. So if an exhibitor had 4 blue ribbons over large animals, 3 youth fairs, and a small animal 10th place result, they will receive the allocated money for each of those placements.
